if one animal is contaminated and another animal eats that animal then it affects the animals that eats that animal and then all of them become contaminated.

I believe that the most important Geologic era would be Cenozoic era, because we are living it. The Cenozoic era began 65mya and continues to be the present. This event also marked the beginning of the mammals, this is important beacause we humans are mammals. We make this Cenozoic era important because us humans have done so much in the world for example created and discovered things in science.
